Visitor Guidelines

  • The Museum only admits visitors with a prior reservation.
  • Visitors must present the addmission ticket(s) included in the confirmation email to enter the Museum. Visitors may be required to present their identity documents upon admission.
  • Visitors or groups must arrive at the gathering point on the G/F of the Museum 10 minutes in advance. The sessions and guided tours start on time, and the starting times are not changed for any latecomers. The Museum reserves the right to cancel the guided tour service for late arrivals of more than 10 minutes.
  • Latecomers, if late for more than 10 minutes, are denied entry to the Museum. They will need to make a new reservation for another session through our online booking system should they wish to visit the Museum again.
  • We welcome visitors of all ages. Please take care of young children or the elderly accompanying you. Visitors under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Please do not bring large luggage or any items that may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others. Museum staff have the right to request visitors to store their personal belongings in the lockers. (Locker dimensions: 32 L x 31 H x 42 D cm)
  • To ensure the safety of exhibits and consideration for other visitors, please do not use flash, other light-emitting devices, selfie sticks, or tripods.
  • Audio recording, video recording and filming are strictly prohibited in the Museum.
  • Without written permission from the Museum, no one may reproduce any exhibits in the Museum in any way. While visitors may take photos in the Museum for personal souvenirs memories, such photos may not be used for publication, sale, distribution, or commercial purposes.
  • Please do not deface or damage any exhibits, installations, walls, or facilities in the Museum.
  • Unless specifically permitted by the Museum, please do not touch, move, or lean on any exhibits. Visitors should keep a safe distance from all exhibits, display cases, platforms, and pedestals.
  • Eating and drinking are prohibited in the Museum to maintain cleanliness.
  • Smoking or the use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the Museum.
  • Please do not make noise in the Museum. Please switch mobile phones or other alarm devices to silent mode. Do not use your mobile phone for calls, voice messages, or any applications and functions that will cause your phone to emit sound.
  • For security reasons, a CCTV surveillance system is installed in the Museum.
